Kimberley Car Hire was established in 2006, serving Derby and the wider Kimberley. Greg and his wife Natasha took over the business in 2024, running it together with their two daughters. We are a genuinely family-operated team, not a national chain with a local sign.
Greg also owns Derby 4x4 & Marine, a local automotive workshop, and the two businesses work closely together: our hire fleet gets priority for servicing and repairs, which means fewer surprises and a well-maintained vehicle when you collect your keys.
We know the roads we hire vehicles for, including the Gibb River Road, the gorge tracks, and the seasonal conditions that change what's actually accessible. That's the kind of advice you get talking to us directly, not reading it off a corporate FAQ page.
